Indian wedding photography
Aaroneye Photography was featured on Southasian Bride Magazine in November 2010. Aaroneye Photography introducing Akash and Rajni’s Indian wedding ceremony in Double Tree Ontario. All over the world people celebrate marriage in diverse customs, but as a photographer I have to admit there is something rather unique and special about an Indian wedding. Indian’s take extreme pride in their weddings, it’s apparent from day 1 the amount of detail, decoration and planning that goes into them is almost unmatched by any other culture. I really appreciate the amount of work that was put it in and was able to capture them all. To see the 1st part of this Blog, please click on Indian Wedding Photography. Special thanks to Daniel Boswell from Imagique, what a nice experience to work with him and his crew. Daniel is highly recommended for brides who’s looking for quality Video!
Rajni was such a delightful Indian bride to work with. She followed instructions well, and she was always cheerful. I captured her inner beauty along with brilliant colors from her dress and accessories. Akash is a very nice and funny guy, I am very glad to get to know him as well. After Rajni finished getting ready, Akash marched in with the drums and music. Omg these Indian music stuck on my head for a few weeks but I love them. I felt tremendous amount of cheerful spirit, this is the beauty of Indian wedding. Both side introduced each other at the entrance, and gave emotional hugs. Before Akash drove off with Rajni on a Lexus, there was a very dramatic moment and I’m so glad that I was able to capture them. The ceremony was beautiful. While Rajni was marching in, Akash was covered by a long curtain. Rajni stopped in front of Akash. The moment that curtain dropped, he saw Rajni’s dress for the first time and the look on his face was priceless! The ceremony went on for a couple of hours but it felt very short, because I was having a great time capturing all of these moments.
